Jó The room was clean. The AC worked great. The king size bed was very comfortable. The sofa pullout bed was awful though. You could feel every coil in the mattress. Customer service at check in was great, but the next morning during the continental breakfast hours the staff was not very pleasant. She answered a short simple question rudely. Other than that I would recommend it.

The room was exceptionally clean. The front desk personnel were very kind, helpful, and welcoming.

I will not be coming back. The outside looks fine it’s well maintained but it’s misleading to what the inside looks like. When you walk in you’re immediately slapped in the face with a weird Cesar salad smell. The front desk guy was a bit rude. Check was at 3 but we didn’t arrive till 6. The guy told us that he needed to check if the room was ready.. mind you it was 3 hours after check in it wasn’t ready. He came and told me it was t ready and to wait another 15 min when I asked him I thought it would ready by now since check in is at 3 and he said yeah could be as early as 3 not necessarily 3. I would hope the same rules apply to check out too. Then the elevator stank. The hotel is overall run down.
