It was an unpleasant experience at the hotel. In the end, we decided not to stay the night we paid for due to the terrible service. The room was very cold, and the heater did not work. We will not go back again.

We liked the bar/common area with fireplaces and had a good dinner at the Virgin Kitchen restaurant. The sauna was not hot enough for me, but I am from Sweden. The place is a bit bigger than I expected, so less cosy than a boutique hotel.

Grand property. Nice restaurant and bar. Pool was convenient but could have been a tad warmer. Bed was super comfortable.

A nice hotel experience that was cheapened by a grubby timeshare sell. The hotel itself has been very well updated. It's quiet, clean and comfortable. BUT: on entry, we were given a 'free voucher' for either a cocktail or complimentary breakfast. We thought this was a lovely gesture until we asked reception, who told us it was conditional on sitting through a 90 minute timeshare presentation. This was only mentioned in TINY small print on the offer itself. If we'd never seen the 'free voucher', we would have been thrilled with a reasonably priced, far more well styled than average and very comfortable hotel stay. But the free - no it's not free - offer just cheapened the whole thing. Shame on you, Wyndham Hotels!

Spa was a bit too cool, bedroom air conditioner was far too noisy to use. Pool in general was very shabby, Spa Pool ladder was dangerous & needs fixing immediately.

Spotless room and polite staff, beautiful artwork and gardens. Pool and spa were perfect temperature. My first time here they served a full buffet of hot breakfast foods and fruits however this wasn’t available this time which was slightly disappointing however the breakfast menu was still great.
