In general the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated ideally in an area with several different eateries within walking distance.

The thermostat didn’t work in my room. It stayed at 77 degrees Fahrenheit my entire stay. I disclosed this to the lobby desk. Do not put thermostats in rooms if they do not work. I was charged an additional fee of $36.25 that was not disclosed to me after paying top price for my room. Please issue me a a credit for these reasons. I expect to see a credit for the $36.25 and a 10% discount on my entire stay for the thermostat not working.

The hotel is in a perfect location to explore the city. The best part of the hotel was the wonderful, and very helpful staff. I especially want to compliment the desk clerk named Wei. He was very helpful, and nice.

The hotel was under renovation for the restaurant and other parts; therefore was not able to enjoy the pool or bar.

Holiday was quiet, room was comfortable and a really good size, beds and amenities all good - check in was fast and efficient. Staff greeted us by name each day which was excellent. Only issue was the breakfast - we had paid in advance - ala carte - and got a cold and very limited breakfast option as the restaurant was being refurbished - no discount offered - a shame as it was not cheap to add it on to the room cost

Parking spots were very tight. The hotel was under construction and we had to detour to access our room. Room was overpriced for what we got.

We landed in Vancouver pretty early, but the staff were able to check us in early. This was super helpful, as we were able to leave our bags, freshen up, and rest before exploring the city. The hotel also was close to the areas we had in our itinerary, so we were able to come back mid-day for a quick power nap. Highly recommend!
