The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The hotel location was great for public transportation or just walking into the city center. 15 minutes max to the harbor and market, or to the library and botanical gardens, etc. Restaurants and grocery stores near by. Hotel was clean and maintained. Didn’t try the breakfast but members of our group liked it. Recommend you ask for a room with a tub.

The room had more amenities than most hotel rooms. It had an iron and ironing board and a fan and hairdryer which was really nice. The bathroom was spacious with a nice deep tub and two separate sinks. The view looked out to an Art Nouveau building and a lake. The staff was friendly and helped us find directions to Porvoo. The breakfast was large with a lot of good options. Overall a great hotel.

Location is great, staff is super helpful. Rooms are large with tall ceilings. Lobby and halls are well maintained, rooms look like they experience high traffic. Would probably benefit from some maintenance overall and remediation. One thing i noticed was that whenever I turned a faucet on, it would smell like sewer in the bathroom. Also the elevator closest to the lobby almost always smelled like sewer in the days I spent here - could be a plumbing issue.
Aside from that, they have a bar, restaurant and breakfast on site with everything else being walkable as well.

So good we extended our stay. Extremely good breakfast, sauna in room, lovely area, very helpful staff.....a new favourite hotel in a new wonderful city

Well located near centre but with local vibe, welcoming staff, cool combination of an gistoric and a new building, great chouce rooms, amazing breakfast, freat local restaurant. Liked so much we extended stay.

Fantasztikus Nice hotel with a good breakfast. It’s only a few minutes away from the start of Parkrun if that’s why you’re going there!
