The Ac not good at all plus the high noise coming from trains station plus staff not very helpful

What can I say. Amazing hotel with outstanding view from floor to ceiling windows in my panorama room. View from 12th floor restaurant was breathtaking. Excellent stay. I had a very happy time. Location 2 to 3 mins walk to train station. Can walk to all tourist spots from here. Strongly recommend Adlers Innsbruck.staff was very welcoming and friendly and looked happy

Excellent hotel however we were family of three the extra tein bed was very uncomfortable. Otherwise for two people traveling would be excellent

Stayed at the Adlers for 2 nights on our vacation across Europe. Its location to the metro was a life saver with luggage. The views from our room of the mountains were incredible. Room was minimalistic, but modern, clean, and incredibly quiet. Only complaint is the rooftop bar and restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday, so we did not get to experience that.

Staff and breakfast and the view are awesome! Will come back next time.

Room was clean and staff were great! Had issues with the shower - hopefully maintenance will address this promptly so the next guests can use it.

The hotel and view from the hotel are beautiful! Upon check-in, I was told that breakfast was on the 12th floor and given an information packet. The first morning of my stay I had a small breakfast from the buffet and gave the man my room number with no problem. The second day I had a small breakfast (a couple pieces of fruit, vegetables, and eggs). When the woman came to get my room number after I had already started eating, she told me breakfast was not included for me and it would be 25 euros. I explained that I was not informed of that the day before and she asked "are you sure?" multiple times. I was then charged for the breakfast which was definitely not worth the cost, especially considering the cost of the stay. Though 25 euros is not a large cost, it's disappointing they are not upfront about it and only told me after it was too late for me to get a better breakfast elsewhere.

The staff was so friendly and explained everything well. Breakfast Buffet at the rooftop with the fantastic view was awesome. Very clean too. Very conveniently located. I strongly recommend this hotel !

Good location and helpful staff. Excellent room and view of city.
