Good location, close to the train and comfortable bed. Small but typical of Japanese rooms. But there were no amenities. No ice dispenser, no snacks or little convenience area. It seemed like a business hotel - no frills, somewhere to stay. We were there to visit the city so it didn't really matter anyway

Fantasztikus Room is a good size for the price and very neat. The housekeepers are great and make sure not to miss anything too ☺️

Nagyszerű Small cruise ship sizes rooms are the norm in Japan’s urban areas. This one was smaller than even that. So small that there was no room to hang towels in the room to dry out. There were racks neatly provided outside.
Location is super. Near Shinjuku. But you have to navigate the station to exit 20 and then get yourself onto the elevated walkway.

The room was clean and the staff is polite and welcoming! They offer amenities in the lobby. The check in process was quick. They have a self check-in/check-out machine. However, they’ll assist you on how to use it. A majority of the hotels offer the luggage delivery service, which is amazing. You have to pay in cash. They’ll explain how to fill out the form etc. Some may even do it for you. They will all call the hotel you’re sending the luggage to confirm your reservation. Overall, great stay.

I’m not sure if this was a hotel or Expedia mistake but we reserved a semi-double room for 3 people, two adults and one minor which is 3 persons. There was no room in the room for the 3 of us, barely two people in the bed and the other one on the floor blocking the bathroom door.
