The staff was nice and the hotel property was nice. The rooms were outdated, stained carpet, rock hard beds, and poor bathroom amenities.

Rooms are outdated, air conditioner doesn’t work well. Plug ins are fire hazard. Beds were uncomfortable.

Great stay at Rizzan. The roooms are a little dated, but they are renovating. Wonderful amenities on site.

Spend your money elsewhere. Hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Repetive breakfast food. Extra charge for EVERYTHING. Staff at pool aqua center are awful. Do not speak English but will laugh and make fun of you. If I could’ve gotten a refund I would have left this raggedy hotel much sooner. Cleaning crew nice. Everyone else needs to take some training on customer service!

The outside of the actual rooms is very nice but the elevators and the rooms are outdated. The inside pool is okay. The breakfast and dinner is amazing !

Not impressed. The photos make it look so much nicer. In reality it is dated, musty, carpets and bedding are stained, facilities are not well maintained. We were grateful to have the indoor pool due to the weather but I would have chosen a different hotel had I seen real images upon booking.
