Perfect for the price for getting an early eurostar from st pancras as its a min walk to the station.
Hotels in this area offer very small rooms but this was larger than most and had a private bathroom where as some don't in this area.
Room was dated with no aircon but was clean and had a private bathroom and tea making materials. It was quiet as well which was good. The main on reception was helpul and cheerful.

Not all rooms have a private bathroom so be prepared. Hotel has no AC and no fans to accommodate. Staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Super close to St. Pancras Station and our main reason hotel was chosen. Price was a good value for proximity to train station and location.

Clean and comfortable, but SMALL! It did what we needed for 2 nights, but if staying longer there is not much room to unpack stuff for the stay. Location is GREAT! Near the King Cross Station!

This is a VERY basic hotel, though this is reflected in the price. It’s also 6 minutes from Eurostar.

Room was compact. Room 12 up 4 flights of stairs, quite tight, especially if you have to carry your luggage. Staff did offer to help with luggage, a plus.

Excellent location, very close to Kings Cross/Underground. Had all the amenities (slight issue with a leaky kettle- but i dont use hotel kettles anyway). Lady at reception was very helpful and kind- stored our luggage after checkout and gave us some snacks for our toddler. My only issue was that the room/toilet is quite small, very limited space for movement and to store multiple bags and i feel like all toilets should have enough room on either side to sit comfortably and there was a slight smell on the bottom floor- but for the price and all the other stuff. Definitely worth it and would go back.

Professional, welcoming staff. Quiet. Very convenient position.
However, stairs are narrow and steep, public areas need refreshing. Beds were creaky and wobbly (room 8) and very wonky (room 13, previous stay). Shower doesn't fix up, and hard to turn off. Cleaning isn't brilliant, there was blood on the radiator next to my bed, and daily cleaning didn't get as far as the bathroom.
