The location next to Hakata Station was perfect for us to take day trips to Kumamoto and Nagasaki. The rooms are typical of Japanese business hotels- small but clean. The breakfast is a set meal. Quite a lot of food but no variety or substitutions.

The tiny room was very clean. Reception, elevators, hall etc everything was clean. The only problem was the electric kettle. It seemed as if it was not washed for ages. The staff, like all the staff in all the hotels in Japan, are like robots. They will do what the rule book says, nothing more, nothing less. Smiles are free though (thank God). Overall, the hotel is very nice. It's very close to Hakata station. There are a couple of convenience stores and a lot of restaurants in the vicinity. There was a coin-operated washer/dryer at the end of the hall. There's a microwave and a vending machine too. For the amount I paid, the room was extremely tiny.

The room was clean, and it was cleaned every day-a very pleasant experience. Also the hotel is in a convenient location-within 3 minute walk to the Hakata train and subway stations and shopping.

Fantasztikus

Good room standard. Room was spacious considering I booked the corner room. Breakfast was excellent with choice of Japanese or western style. Everything was done with quality and service from the staff is warming and welcome.
