Fantasztikus
First time visiting Tokyo with my family. Excellent staffs and breakfast menus! We had the best stay in Tokyo thanks to all wonderful staffs! The rooms were small compared to American standard but we (3 family members) had no problem at all. Will definitely come back next time!

The location is very good, with lots of restaurants and shopping stores nearby. The hotel is clean and cozy. The breakfast is excellent.The only thing is that the room seems a bit small.

The room is bigger, for shinjuku standard, since I lived in other Shinjuku hotels before. This hotel is old but well maintained. Overall clean and neat, I especially like the washroom. It is small but compact. The only problem is that this hotel is right next to a local big hospital. Night time the ambulance and police cars are running around. The siren wakes me up few times!

This hotel had a good breakfast with helpful breakfast staff. I travelled with a blind companion and was helped up with luggage to the hotel when we arrived but when we were checking out the staff were quite unhelpful. The location was very good if you were looking for nightlife. We did find the Rose really small they were the smallest of all the runs in our stay and it was a struggle to fit in our luggage.

Very helpful staff who always tried their best. Nice rooms, big bed, clean, good powerful shower. minimal walking space in room, but not an issue if solo traveller.

Our flight was canceled and we had to take the next flight and we were so happy that the check-in time ended at 1:00am because we arrived at 12:00am. The staff were all very helpful.

Older budget hotel that is a good value. Great staff but bathroom had a strong musty odor and location is across from nightclub, so it was loud at times. Great for young travellers but don’t recommend for older travellers.

Perfect location close to train station, offers a delicious breakfast buffet and room has everything you need from toothbrush to free water and super clean. Highly recommend it.
