Was very happy with our stay. Front desk staff were excellent and friendly. Arrived and room was clean and comfortable. They only request I would make next time is to not hand a room facing the main road as it got pretty loud and made it especially hard when sleeping

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. The good: -The location is stellar, near the junction of 81 and 476. -Check-in went smoothly with the friendly staff. -The on-site Tavern had great staff, good beer, and food. The not so good: -Getting parking was like competing at the Hunger Games. -The elevators are so slow and make quite a bit of noise. When I took the stairs, I discovered that the staircase near my room would only lead outside (I could not go directly to or from the lobby because of locked doors). -The room was musty, and the carpet felt dirty. - The bed was ok but lumpy.

The staff were very welcoming, and the room was perfectly suited for a brief visit. However, I noticed there wasn't a switch to turn on the bathroom exhaust fan.
