Had a very enjoyable 3-week stay at this hotel. The location is fabulous, just 8 min walk to Terminal 21. The staff was very accommodating & helpful. Its a highly recommended accommodation for anyone visiting BKK

While the staff here are excellent, the accommodation, gym and breakfast fell short. Our room felt dated and quite damp due to the humidity. On the plus side, management quickly provided a dehumidifier when asked, which made a big difference. The highlight of our stay was definitely the rooftop bar, the cocktails and staff there were absolutely top-tier. However, due to the dated rooms and underwhelming buffet breakfast, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The location of this hotel is absolutely unbeatable! Situated right in the heart of Sukhumvit, it is just a short 2-minute walk to the Asoke BTS station and the Terminal 21 mall. Despite being in the city center, the street is surprisingly quiet. The rooms were modern, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. A special shoutout to the staff, who were always welcoming. Highly recommend.

Breakfast: Coffee is only available from one single machine but it was not good quality.
Food items acceptable but can have more variety for different days of the week.
Love that the room is well lit and w many light options. However the chair is not suitable for desk work. And the room felt constantly humid and damp despite the AC being on 24/7.
Housekeeping is spotty but gets the work done eventually and efficiently. Front desk is friendly but I did not have additional demands so my interaction is limited.

Fantasztikus Breakfast buffet was great and had various selections. Staff were very nice and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Had a great stay at Arte Hotel in Bangkok overall. The location is super convenient, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit.
Would definitely consider staying here again!

Not my first visit, and not my last.
I love the location, the staff, the facilities.
Rooms are spacious and fabulously clean.
Breakfast food and staff are 5 Stars!
Porters, always on point!
Housekeepers are excellent.
Looking forward already to my return...
