The staff were friendly and accommodating. The inn serves the basic needs that you need to survive through the night in San Francisco.

General vibe. The all place needs maintenance.
My kitchen tap was unattached.
TV wasn’t working.
If you want some quiet, this is not the place. Noise from the street is high.
The door shut and locked but the seal sit 1/2in away from door jam. Light and noise get in the room. It is cheap, you get what you pay for. Did the job for me as solo traveller.

Jó They stated they had a to go breakfast and that was not true. Staff was not very helpful.

Bed bugs!!! My wife got bit up and when we looked in the corner we saw 2 huge bed bugs. Also the blow dryer fell off the wall and bruised the top of my wife’s foot. The place if overall poorly maintained.

Motel is older with some issues with air and plumbing issues, but the location is great. It was quite and the staff were very helpful

Staff was friendly and rooms were nice but our TV didn't work well (kept getting prolonged static interruptions) and the blow dryer didn't work at all.

Tv broken. Took over an hour for man to come look at it and he didn’t seem interested in helping. Offered to get someone else next day to fix. Eventually I was moved to new room. No drop box for key.
