The rooms are clean and tidy. Good to have free shuttle to the MTR station. Good to have one time free laundry but it will be more welcomed if there is 2 free laundry services because washing always comes with drying, so it is better to have free washing and drying together.

I was incorrectly charged for an international phone call I did not make! The staff refused to let me leave and were extremely unhelpful. I had just had surgery on my foot and they said they wanted £300 for a wheelchair. We then asked for help with our bags due to my surgery and they said they didn’t have anyone to help until 7pm… it was 4pm. Just extremely unhelpful, I have complained to the hotel asking for a refund for the call and they are yet to respond.

We have two weeks stays in this hotel in May and they provide convenient shuttle to subway station, and also airport bus station nearby hotel only 5 mins walk, friendly staffs and clean area surrounding every corner, the laundry facilities are so convenient with iron board provided and breakfast buffet sometimes with tours have to wait for a while, overall is great, will book again

The hotel was exactly what you see in the pictures. Keep in mind you can’t compare pears with apples, therefore, avoid paying attention to reviews complaining about appearance. Anyway, they provide shuttle services to the mall, where you can catch the MTR, it has a pool, room service, and if like me, I needed a place to sleep as I loved leaving all day to explore the city.

My first seven nights stay from end April. Friendly staffs everywhere, hotel room with air purifier, convenient shuttle buses to subway station, I only give 4 stars as the shower drainage was so slow, every shower like standing in the pond. Hope my send stay at end of May will not see the same issue.
