Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities, right across the street from Bern’s Steakhouse. Easy walks to Hyde Park Villages.

I was a little disappointed. This hotel was more expensive than most of the hotels it was around and so I expected a better experience. Although some of the staff was kind- none of them seemed to know their process for ordering food at the pool. They told me I could order with QR code. There weren't any. They said there was lunch- the restaurant then told me it was only brunch. I was also told multiple times that parking was included and then it wasn't- with no apology for the false information. The valet was hard to find and then they left someones keys in my car- which caused me to have to drive back to them. When I arrived- they just said "oh thanks". I know accidents happen, but there was no effort to make it right or acknowledgment of inconvenience the whole time. I thought I was paying for a nicer experience and it just fell short in my opinion.

Great location next to great restaurants and bars. Clean and large room. Wonderful shower. The free excellent coffee in the lobby was awesome as the other hotels I stayed in on this trip charged for overpriced mediocre coffee. The breakfast was excellent and the staff throughout the hotel were knowledgeable and pleasant.

Staff were professional and super polite, but not over the top and in your face. Room spacious and very clean. Housekeeping did their job well! Élevage was fantastic and drinks were top notch. Area walkable in a cute neighborhood.
