Staff were amazing, very helpful, and kind. Room was very spacious and clean, so much room for DC! Right across from Trader Joe’s, easy access to the Metro and pleasant to walk around Georgetown. The only negative experience was the horribly lumpy pillows. That first night, I just couldn’t sleep, they were so bad. The next night, I put the couch side arm pillow in a pillowcase, and it was fine! Had no problems sleeping after that.

2500 Penn is close to a metro station, so that was nice. The apartment itself was nothing fancy, but did have a full kitchen and worked for our needs.

Nice size rooms with a kitchenette making it easy for breakfast and some other small meals in the room. During our stay, the internet was often unusable but hopefully they have that figured out by now.

An amazing an experience as always. A first class experience from the friendliness of the front desk staff, curb appeal, cleanliness of the property and room and efficient checkout. Would highly recommend the property!

Staff is SUPER rude. They knocked on our door like it was the police, because we were 30 minutes late for checkout. Twice. They were super rude downstairs at actual checkout and snickered and laughed when we mentioned customer loyalty and cutting us a break. We USED to always stay here. They lost a customer and just said "Yeah, Ok, wr don't care."

The room is outdated. The walls are too thin. The doors creak. The kitchenette is old. There are no courtesy bottles of water. There is no continental breakfast. The parking garage is way too small. Way overpriced for what I experienced. I would NOT stay here again.
