Rooms were great

Such an amazing stay with all members of the staff super friendly and accommodating! So close to Disney - my son loved it.

Excellent hotel and great location

I chose this hotel because it was more affordable than many of the other nearby options, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the Disneyland entrance, and the free self-parking in their secure garage was a huge bonus. Check-in was quick and efficient, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Since we were only staying one night before spending the next day at Disneyland, I asked if I could leave my car in the garage after checking out at 11:00 a.m. They happily told me I could keep it there all day until the park closed, which saved me the hassle and expense of moving my car to the Disneyland parking structure. That level of customer service really stood out and made the experience even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Disneyland.

Check im staff was great, room was clean. There was water bottles in the room that looked a bit old, the coffee machine in the room looked like it had not been cleaned well. We didnt use either for the the same reason. They do have free parking and a Cafe in the lounge area. The next morning we left to spend a long day at Disney. What seemed extremely odd to me, after returning to our room our shower door was left wide open, at first thought it may be that my husband left it open..but we were so tired we didnt think anything of it . The next morning I went to take a shower and all our towels were gone. Which seemed weird, right? Like why would the towels be gone. Then I remembered when we got home the night before the shower door was opened. So I called front desk and I asked them why did someone come in our room and take the towels? They said first that they clean the rooms or check them everyday. Mind you I had a do not disturb hanging on my door. I asked again why would someone come in take the towels and NOT replace them? Or remake the bed?? Made no sense. Then they call back and offer 2 free coffee vouchers for the inconvenience. I felt violated knowing someone was in my room took towels, even towels I brought from home and didnt replace them. To me that's a big security issue and completely unacceptable!!! Especially if I had a do not disturb on my door. Had that not happened I would give the hotel maybe a 5 star review. Not a good feeling

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Clean. Easy walk to Disney.

So clean. Stuff are nice and helpful. Very close to Disneyland park. Very close to restaurant. Parking is free with gated. I would come back and stay again !!!

Very nice staff and clean property

Great stay. Staff is good, but very streamlined process when booking through hotels so check in/out was quick and I hardly delt with the staff. There's a gated underground parking garage which I loved. One elevator was not working, which made it a little inconvenient going to and from the room to the vehicle, hopefully this is fixed soon.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, all property is clean and safe.
