My wife and I stayed here for an overnight connection to the US. The hotel is near the Taoyuan International Airport by taxi. The lobby is large and open with a coffee bar, restaurant, and sitting areas. Our room is contemporary, clean, and in good working condition,. Every floor has as laundry room and hot/cold water dispenser. The breakfast buffet is spacious, bright, and clean with great selections including bacon, eggs, ham, various bread, oatmeal and cereals, sautéed vegetables, fried rice and noodles, congee bar, yogurt bar, fruit and salad bar, and a wide range of hot and cold drinks. It is about 15 minutes from the airport. However, it may take longer during rush hours. The taxi fare is reasonable. 10 minutes walk from the hotel is the Tai Mall with many high end cosmetic and US branded stores. It has many dining options.

The hotel was fine. However, the street sounds were loud, even on the 7th floor. And unfortunately, the restaurant was closed for dinner and as the hotel is in an industrial area, food options did not exist.

Room is very clean and spacious. Hotel is quiet and very clean as well. Staff took note of our message and changed our room with two separate beds which was to our surprise on check-in date and we were very grateful. Included breakfast is very good and beers are even provided. On the date of checking out, hotel packed breakfast for us because we have to leave early for our flight. Location is good and about 10 minutes walking to Taimao Shopping Center.

This is a really great hotel overall, but there is one issue worth mentioning. It’s surprising that a five-star property has what feels like a dog kennel element, with noticeable smells in parts of the outdoor recreational area. From what I could see the dogs are there on a pet rental scheme. On our only night there, there were multiple occasions where the pack of dogs began barking, which disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. It’s difficult to see how this business model aligns with a hotel of this calibre. That said, everything else was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic, the recreation facilities were enjoyable, staff super friendly and the rooms were spotlessly clean.

Very interesting building and decor, there were resident animals and plenty of amusement amenities. Was given a free upgrade upon arrival. Only stayed a night before my flight but it was pleasant, clean, staff professional.
