I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival. There was hair in the bed sheets, stains on the pillowcases, and the entire room had an unpleasant odor. There were also bugs in the room, and I ended up with multiple bug bites during my stay.
When I brought the dirty bedding to the staff’s attention and requested clean sheets, I was told that the sheets had already been changed and that there was nothing wrong with them, despite the obvious hair and stains. The dismissive attitude and lack of concern were incredibly frustrating.
I originally booked a 3-day stay, but the conditions were so unacceptable that I had to check out on the second day. When I spoke with management about the issues, they were not helpful at all and refused to take responsibility for the condition of the room. Not only was I denied a refund for the unused night, but I was also charged an early checkout fee on top of everything else, which is completely ridiculous.
Between the dirty room, stained bedding, bugs and bug bites, unpleasant smell, and poor customer service, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
