Fantasztikus
This was my first solo trip for my birthday. I felt safe, I was comfortable, and worth every $$$. I can’t wait to go back, wishing I stayed a little longer. It’s adults only but, it isn’t stiff and not too turnt up. There’s a good mix of people. You have access to the Santa Fe when you do want to turn up! 10/10 recommend

Fantasztikus
The food is generally excellent. I found the food at the carving station in the buffet disappointing (the meat was generally overcooked), but overall the buffet is great, with a huge variety and it changes every day. The room cleaning was great and the mini bar was kept well stocked. Service was great and the staff are all friendly and helpful. We’ve been here multiple times and will be back.

I stayed at Riu Baja California. There was an incident in the room next to mine. A person vomited in the shower. Fell asleep and water come from their room into mine and flooded my room. I complained to staff members and asked them to perform a deep cleaning not knowing what possible illness the drunk person(next room) had. I was told there was not enough personnel at 3:30 am when it occured. A few of our clothing got wet and if wasn't for my brother waking up at 3:30 am to use the restroom who knows if our entire room would have flood. At the end, we didn't even received an apology for the incovenience. I asked for a possible discount but the manager said they couldn't do anything for us. Before I forget, I was supposed to have a sofa bed in my room but it was not an actual sofa bed. Instead, it was an actual couch. Their staff working at the restaurants and buffets were excellent, but I can't say the same about the manegerial staff. 1 out of 5 stars.

Fantasztikus
Enjoyed the restaurants very much especially YuHi . I lost my wallet after too many all-inclusive drinks,was returned by staff with hundreds of dollars and all credit cards in place!! View from room was amazing as were all the employees. Will definitely be back many more times!

My only complaint was that most of the poolside umbrellas were broken. Other than that, our stay was great, room was clean, food was good!

When I arrived to the resort, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms and resort are very clean. The food was delicious as well considering it’s an all inclusive resort. The swim up bar was one of my favorite gems at this location. I can’t wait to plan my next getaway with Riu Palace Baja California
