Rooms were clean as well as the overall property, parking was easy and secure. Rooms don’t have closet hangers or shower mats but were provided upon request. 1st room had a broken door locking latch and 2nd room had a bathroom door handle that was very loose that needs attention. Expedia’s check-in info is a little confusing but staff at the hotel are always available to attend in person a reception. Front street traffic is a bit noisy but that’s Mexico City’s traffic for you. Breakfast choices were delicious and staff was very courteous and attentive.

Check in room 102 first floor, we saw a cockroaches my husband killed couple of them, and then we move a small couch. There were a lot of them in back of them then I undo the bed and there was one in the bed right away. Went downstairs to notify the front desk. The man answer I am gonna move you to another room there was a housekeeper in back of him and she just started laughing. They never or were embarrassed.there was a housekeeper in back of him and she just started laughing. They never apologize for embarrassed. In the room, there was only two towels, not even a washcloth.
