The location surpassed our expectations. The service and staff were immaculate and extremely helpful and welcoming. Our room was phenomenal and the location was amazing and in close proximity to many tourist spots. Room was very clean and staff were consistently checking in to make sure your experience was good.

Átlag alatt Not accommodating and not helpful staff. Avoid at all costs. We were forced to pay for rooms we did not stay in, and when we pushed for a refund we were denied.

The staff were excellent. The hotel is off the beaten path down an ally, but the staff ensured we were safe. The room was quaint. There was a hike up 2 flights of round stairs with our luggage and a train the went by and shook our room a few times an hour. We had 2 rooms, I shower leaked all over the floor, but it was an economical option and the staff were super helpful!!! Despite the above mentioned, I would stay there again!!

We had a nice experience in the Ferman konak hotel , the breakfast was healthy and fresh, the reception staff was helpful and informative, also need to mention that we got a free room

Nagyszerű All was fairly good. The location is in touristic place but it’s hard for cabs to move. Breakfast was the main weak point. Not very good options.

Nice breakfast helpful staff, just right next to the tram station. You can hear tram noise passing by every after 15 minutes if thats not a deal breaker.

I stayed at this beautiful hotel during my four night stay in Istanbul and felt at home here. The rooms were traditionally decorated and comfortable. The staff were all very helpful in arranging travel to and from the airport, providing me with an excellent map of the old town and beyond, giving me perfect directions and recommendations of places to eat and things to see. It was within walking distance of everything I wanted to do during my visit. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning and as a solo female traveler, I always felt safe! Do not miss staying here! It is a cozy, beautiful hotel!
