The property very well located, close to lots of shops and places of interest and also a metro station. Staff were brilliant, always nice and helpful. Breakfast was simple but good and staff there were wonderful and cheerful.
The room should have newer sheets and towels as we have some stains and even a hole in our towels but staff were really nice and this made our stay very good. We also had water and tea and coffee in the room which was very helpful.
I will recommend it but bear in mind is not a luxury hotel.

The only problem we had at this property was the fact that there was no toilet paper in our room .... we asked the front desk for some and the gentleman at the front desk stated he couldn't do anything about that because the housekeeping had the key... we ended up buying our own at one of the local stores ...

Good Location
friendly welcome until I was pressured into paying more for my stay. The receptionist was quite insistent although in the end realised that he made a mistake and apologised. It all felt quite uncomfortable

very accessible = metro was 5 minutes walk and T1 tram was just a 7 minutes walk = breakfast was great / room was very clean and Mr . Ruslan at the front desk was very friendly , helpful and treated us like very good friends ( he visited the Philippines before )

Fantasztikus Hotel is really clean and on good location. Did not interact with staff that much, but cleaning ladies were very friendly and helpful.
Person at the front desk was little “pushy” with making you buy excursions, which was not necessary. My priority was to have nice and clean hotel in Istanbul, but not to be pushed to buy excursions

Super friendly staff in the breakfast room made the start to the holiday and each day a real pleasure. The room was always beautifully cleaned. The bed and pillow could have been a little more comfortable but that is personal preference. A little more coffee in the room would have been nice for the coffee in bed in the morning and at the end of the day.
