Good location. Bathroom was not clean on arrival, specially the shower

Great staff, basic equipment but good enough. Location is great if you need to move early is just a few steps from termini.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff was kind, courteous, and quick to assist with any need we had. When the ac was not working well in our room, they moved us into a different room within minutes and did so with grace and kindness. The breakfast was great and definitely filling. A super start to our day. Location was fantastic, literally right across the street from the rail terminal in central Rome…transportation was a dream! Even with being that close to the station, it was extremely quiet and peaceful. Definitely a keeper of a hotel! I’d stay there again if I find myself in Rome in the future!

A clean hotel right next to the train station. If you're near the station this is the side you want to be on as the other side can be sketchy at times. It's very quick and easy to access.

The hotel was average. It has a lot to work on. Love that it is close to the train station, they offer these awesome tours that are FREE! (Wish I took more of of them and they didnt fill up so fast!) The staff was super helpful and friendly BUT it has a lot to work on. For instance, the rooms need updating, they seem still unclean bc the walls are beat up, new paint? Theres no like paper in the room. A tissue box maybe? Very hard to chill out and like have a snack if you want or take a break without small details like that. The staff was very helpful when I had issues with bedding and my door and came quickly to help. Thats the service I always look for so that made the stay worth it. A good staff always outweighs the other stuff. Thank you.

This hotel is terrible. I put my bag in the luggage storage and things were taking from it. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work. The drain in the shower didn’t work and flooded the whole bathroom. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

We really liked the free of charge activities offered by the hotel - Italian cooking workshop and guided tours in Rome. Reception desk staff were useful, the distance to the train station was perfect, the rooms were modern and clean. We really enjoyed our stay

Don't expect a working elevator and hot shower, she's an old hotel.

Great proximity to train station. Helpful staff, clean room and upgrading to bigger bed/room made it more pleasant.
