Családdal maradtunk · Barátoknak és családnak

I stayed in a room on the 6th floor, located in the attic, where the ceiling was so low that we repeatedly hit our heads, arms, and shoulders. I reported this to the front desk, but the staff member told me that this was simply the room I had booked. I explained that I would never have chosen such a room if the information had been accurately presented. Instead of acknowledging the issue, she gave incorrect information and blamed me, which was completely unacceptable. Because of this experience, I will not return to this hotel.

Nice and clean room, spacious and close to the town, but far enough removed that it's quiet.
