We had a great stay. Three front desk clerks were great. I will definitely recommend this hotel. And the breakfast was a big plus!!!!!

Liked the location, not far from destination’s. The subway was a 10 minute walk. Room was clean. The breakfast helped get the day started. Staff were all helpful. Thank you for an awesome stay.

Not dure

Honestly this was an ideal location for a stay to visit New York. There is a good pizza joint down the street, its about a 15 minute walk to the nearest subway, they provided transportation to the airport, and the breakfast was a great value. It doesn't have the greatest view but if you wanted to something with a great view it isn't going to come cheap so don't expect that. The rooms were great, clean, and the staff was super helpful.

1 Star Our stay at the Fairfield Inn LaGuardia Airport was overshadowed by an unacceptable incident caused by unprofessional and poorly trained front desk staff. Late one night, our room keys suddenly stopped working. What should have been a simple issue turned into a three-hour ordeal from midnight until approximately 3:00 a.m. During that entire time, we were locked out of our room with no access to our belongings. Rather than handling the situation professionally, the front desk staff repeatedly attempted to force the door open using a metal clothes hanger through the gap under the door, an approach that was both ineffective and concerning. The staff also delayed contacting the general manager, despite it becoming clear that they could not resolve the problem themselves. The general manager never came to the hotel, and the issue was ultimately resolved remotely over the phone several hours later. To Marriott's credit, we were refunded for the night in question. However, that does not make up for the stress, exhaustion, and inconvenience we experienced. After finally getting into our room around 3:00 a.m., we lost the entire following morning recovering from what should never have happened. I hope the hotel can resolve this situation for the future. Other than that, we had a good stay!

Breakfast is great. Shuttle to airport is great. Room was terrible with bad smell all over and AC is not worked at all. We were told that the Maintenance team is already left by the time we checked in and noticed these
