Great stay and convenient location to go to a function at Deoro By the Bay. Walking distance into Hastings and around the marina area. Very comfortable bed, good bathroom, had everything that we needed.

Sanctuary Inn was clean, comfortable, spacious and peaceful. The beds were sensational. It could certainly do with more trees or other shade for cars (but so could the whole country!) but otherwise excellent.

Nice quiet location. We had a ground floor unit looking out onto natural scrub land. There are also sea view rooms but they are upstairs

There was a large yellow stain on the mattress protector, which management stated they were aware of and followed their quality-control guidelines.

The property was not was what was depicted in the photos on line. It just had a strange vibe all together. Very isolated to the township of Hastings. Has an onsite restaurant that had very average reviews so we Uber ordered instead. No staff to assist with check in, just had to enter reception and grab key. We weren't sure that we had even paid for the night, turned out we hadn't - we could have just left but we aren't that type of person. Very odd hotel indeed!
