Excellent location, staff were great, very big clean rooms

We stayed in an executive suite on the 7th floor for a little over two weeks. All staff we’ve interacted with were very friendly, patient and helpful - and we’ve inquired about changes a several times. MRT and mall/food court access without leaving the building. The building, room, gym and sauna didn’t feel outdated. Laundry room could use a little attention - lint catcher wasn’t always clean and there’s a musty smell. Our suite was nice and fairly spacious with a safe, robes, slippers, hair dryer and clothes steamer. The living room had a desk arm chair, love seat, TV, mini fridge and coffee maker (I think). There were complementary snacks and sodas which they replenished. Breakfast buffet had eastern and western choices and 4-5 fresh fruits daily. The place seemed clean but there were small things we noticed as the days passed. There were some dust collected on the toilet paper covers and the fingerprints on the mirror and glass desk weren’t always cleaned after room service. Our beds were made and towels replaced, but the sometimes the towels were laid on the edge of the tub instead of the towel rack. While we liked our room with the window views, we were able to hear most noises outside, including people yelling/laughing. And being at level with the MRT (train) and across the street from the hospital, the noise was pretty constant. Floor 7 facing that direction is definitely not for light sleepers.

I stayed there many times from February for two weeks, 10 days in March and 12 days on April and another days on May. Everything in the hotel was EXCELLENT! This is just next to the train station, the mall downstairs, and the coffee shop as well in the first floor. The tell guy at the 5th in the bar was excellent, very friendly, personable. The tall guy at the bar was really great! Also, at the front desk, everyone was very helpful especially Anson who went beyond and great service. Thank you for letting my stay very special and hassle-free! When I go back again to Taiwan, I definitely be staying again

Excellent breakfast. Everything was just right. Highly recommend it.

I stayed here before and now I am still staying and this time for two weeks! Everything is great! Everyone is so pleasant! Anson was very helpful and all the staffs at the front desk were accommodating and especially to the bar! The tall guy i forgot his name was really awesome!

wonderful stay. a very popular hotel linked to the airport express. it has an in house hot spring but i did not get to try.. probably next time.

It was a quick stopover and was ideal.
