Everything was great. I did have a problem with the air conditioner at first it wasn’t working properly. They fixed it though so I can’t complain too much.

Egyedüli tartózkodás

Hotel is convenient to Times Square and thus right in the center of Manhattan. Not incredibly noisy and very clean. They have a good relationship with the restaurant/bar next door where you can get breakfast as well. Limited front desk staff but they were cordial and helpful. Good value.

Excellent facility. The room was larger than anticipated. Very cozy space and the staff were a pleasure. My only complaint would be thin walls, but alas we’re in a hotel in NY, so silver lining. Housekeeping was very accommodating and helpful. Would stay again.

Very small room with difficult to control temperature. Something in the bed that bit me all over my arm, told reception but no response when I collected my bag later in the day.

Extremely comfortable bed- great linens and pillows too! Small room (totally normal for NYC) but slept soundly. Highly recommend!

Gyerekekkel maradt

Hello, I just stayed there last week. I will say that when you let staff know there is a problem they bring the whole swatt team and I like that. There was a smell in the room and they sent an engineer, a maid and etc. They ended up getting rid of the smell. Well job!! I will be staying again…. Thank you
