Liked its location, staff were very polite ans helpful and there a lots of shops and malls nearby. The first room they gave us smelt so they gave us another which was fine. At breakfast we had more than one incident of food running out and having to wait and one where there was hair in the porridge which they quickly sorted out when I brought it to their attention. Overall breakfast was fine. They had a fair amout of choice. I stayed in the Grand Hyatt hotel the week before and I am sorry to say it does not compare well with that hotel. Over all I would give it a 4 / 5.

This was my 6th stay at Pavilion Hotel, and unfortunately this visit fell below the standard I have come to expect from a Banyan Tree establishment. I arrived at around 1:30pm and was told my room was not ready, which was understandable as it was before check-in. I was also told the room was currently being cleaned and advised to go for lunch. However, when I returned at 2:45pm, the room was still not ready and I was told to go for lunch AGAIN. This was 15 minutes before check-in, and I was surprised that a room supposedly being cleaned at 1:30pm was still unavailable more than an hour later. Thankfully, the staff member who first assisted me quickly arranged another room. There were other service issues. At the pool, we had to call 4 times for cutlery and waited 20 - 30 minutes before it was finally brought up, only after I had to be firm. That evening, as the pool was closing at 10pm, we were already preparing to leave. I was in a towel and needed to put on my clothes, but the security guard stood very close to us and rushed us. I politely asked for 5 minutes as I did not want to get dressed in front of him, but he refused to move and simply told me to bring the towels to the room. This made me very uncomfortable. At bfast, my cousin asked the intern at the egg station if her eggs was ready. The intern stared at her, said no, and did not proceed to prepare it or offer help. As a returning guest, this did not reflect the warmth or service I associate with the brand.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pavillion hotel.the service and staff could not do enough for us. The club room food wad very good….thank you for use of wheelchair for our stay.. We would like to thank Allimat bin Jimin and Farhanna for all they did for us .we will be back to the Pavillion for sure ,if we come back to K.L. Thank you for our lovely stay at the Pavillion ,we will pass on to our friends all about the Pavillion.. once again thank you all at the Pavillion.. Caroline Crosara and my grandson Perry McLaughlan.

Great location , clean room , good staff

Overall a pleasant stay, especially like the nightly aroma scent in the room.

Always good and functional. Unfortunately there was construction across the street - wish I had known that!

The location is great! Although being in bukit bintang means you will be in traffic central. The room was not very clean. Coffee stains on the bedside table draws the surfaces felt sticky and unclean. I did go round with my wipes. Breakfast was ok as a vegetarian i would have liked more options.

Must try their omakaseh at ground floor very nice and cheap

The breakfast was great, the room was clean and well maintained. Very quiet and pleasant stay. Access to lots of food and shopping

Great stay, the hotel is in time for some minor Reno, carpets, shower heater etc. pleasant experience otherwise
