My entire stay was great

The grounds, room, and amenities were clean. Marcus and Miranda were so incredibly helpful and kind!! Anytime I needed anything, they went above and beyond. Big thank you to them for making our stay the best. The splash pad was way bigger than I thought it was going to be and the kids enjoyed it so much!

The pool chemicals were extremely strong when we stayed here. My daughter’s eyes were burned partially because she didn’t listen to me and keep her eyes closed and partially because the pool was so strong. A staff member gave me an eye rinse and that helped tremendously! I gave this hotel 5 stars even still, although I rated the amenities 4 stars because of this. The hotel manager made it right and adjusted my stay at check out when we left early and he also assured me maintenance would fix the pool situation. The water slides/splash pad weren’t an issue at all, only the pool. The rooms were really clean and had everything I would want out of a hotel room; however, if you’re traveling with an in law and 2 children like we were, I’d suggest booking a handicap accessible room so you have room for an air mattress. The breakfast was phenomenal and the coffee surprised my mother in law and I both. We’re coffee fanatics and hotels usually don’t have good coffee, but the coffee was amazing! Overall it is a great hotel. It’s very clean and the water park is amazing. Hopefully they get the pools chemicals balanced before our next stay. We plan to return next month for our son’s birthday. I’ll update then!

Had a wonderful time here, front desk associate Marcus was a great help and made the stay enjoyable for my family. Definitely have to go enjoy the waterpark!

This hotel was perfect for our family trip. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The family‑friendly atmosphere, great breakfast, and convenient location near Gatlinburg attractions made our stay easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Smokies.
