Perfect room. View of the fountain from the hotel garden bar. We had a family of 4. It worked well for us.

Great place to stay! The staff was friendly and helpful and I loved being right by the Trevi fountain.

I came in Italy to celebrate a special milestone of my life. This property was recommended by a friend who stayed here before. They made it even more special. They upgraded my room plus a gift upon check in for free. Mario ( frontdesk) was great. He even gave us suggestions where to go and eat and do laundry. The property itself is just few steps from the Trevi fountain( hence, the name😅). Because of that, it can get really busy all day long. Sometimes the taxi will drop you off not directly to the property coz of congestion. Its ok if ur not carrying luggages. There is an elevator but there is a plight of stairs that u have to carry your luggages. Someone is available to help.nevertheless, we had a wonderful stay here. Its walkable to many attractions .

the workers super nice but the property is old and the elevator is small and scary looks like you are going to get stuck any moment if it is busy which it was you may have to wait a lot for the elevator or run up the stairs 4 floors everyday the worse part os that to get to the reception you have to carry your luggage up the stairs bc recepcion is on the second floor so is a lot!!! i dont recommend it if you want to relax bc must be right beside the fontaine de trevi but its busy noisy until 3 in the morning and tiny property no breakfast included maybe for younger people that come to party is ok but i want comfort and services inside of the hotel i stayed before in the other relais 95 and i loved it this one is like a downgraded relais

First of all. I want to make a shout out to Maria and team for helping us with luggage as we got lost walking to hotel with huge suitcases in the middle of the chaotic crowds at Trevi fountain. The hotel is right a stone throw to trevi fountain which gives a handful of issues. One no taxis will drop u off or pick u up during certain times of day due to crowds. The location is wonderful for food, shops, and coffee. It is noisy and the air conditioner was working overtime and sounded like it. It made awful humming noise. We shared the information and they did look at it. I think it is so hot but the air conditioner on the lobby did not make noise. The room was spacious and bathroom clean and overall the hotel was nice. I am not sure it was worth $400 per night. Ur paying for location. Also there is a rooftop bar above it that plays thumping music until 11-12am. Friday night was the loudest. The staff was remarkable and even called taxis for us, set up rides to airport and cruise terminal. There was a hiccup with the ride from cruise terminal where the driver never showed up due to an accident and we had to find a taxi. Also just remember bring euros to pay or card. Also leave early to avoid crowds and try the lemoncello everything! So good

Rooms were older and on the smaller side. They were clean. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was very nice, downstairs on street. Bar upstairs is a must see.

Nathasha and the staff at Relias were absolutely incredible!!! Just a 10 second walk to the Trevi Fountain and a great central point if you are staying in Rome.
