The staff super attentive polite well trained The room was always clean The pool always clean as well It is a Family friendly environment definitely going back to this hotel Excellent food and restaurants Buffet with many variety drinks were super good Activities are excellent and if you need xtra time on your check out for sure they will allow you to stay longer for no extra charge talking about couple hours more so happy that we pick this hotel for our family vacation

My family with 11 yrs old daughter enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staffs were all friendly and courteous. Facilities were all nice and clean. A little outdated but very well maintained. Food were excellent at the breakfast and lunch by the pool. Joya and Hibachi restaurants were great. The rest of the restaurant were meeting all inclusive restaurant standards. Lastly, Jose at the pool side server made our stay more memorable with his service.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I loved this hotel so much that I wanted to share my experience and express my gratitude. We truly enjoyed our stay at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach. For me, it checked all the boxes. The resort was beautiful, both inside and out, the food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. If I visit Cancun again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it!

The resort was very nice. It does need a little upkeep in spots but overall a 4/5. For the most part, the staff were friendly and helpful. We did have an experience at checkout that left us feeling discriminated against, however, it was one staff member. Otherwise a definite 4/5 stay overall.

Everything great! Grand buffet was only negative experience! One manager just rude! I would have fired him! Ruined my whole dinner! Pool beautiful and very clean! Housekeeping exceptional! Pool staff exceptional. Front desk exceptional! Definitely would come back.

Staff is not helpful. The resort overcharges for everything, including taking your bags to the room. The doctor at the resort charged almost 400 for "consultation" and some ibuprofen. Hard to get a reservation at the nice restaurants there.. also for premium cut there is a charge up to 200 300 USD for steak

My family has traveled to Cancun on several occasions and this by far has been the best resort we have stayed at, the food was great, the service was on point, and the location was perfect. We have never repeated a stay, we will definitely be coming back, we had a family of 10, we all feel the same way!!!

Great Place for Family and Couples. Amazing food if you are not Indian, they had a restaurant to get indian veggie food everyday for lunch custom made fresh but not many great veggie options in buffet. Staff was excellent and beach is Great as well.
