Fantasztikus It’s close to Niagara Falls but yet inexpensive.

Closer to the Falls on Grand Island. You have to go through the toll bridge every time you have to go visit the Falls. Appeared safe for families with kids. Buratta is fine with finger food option.

Biggest issue was we reserved our rooms on June 10 and when we got to the hotel they jacked the price up to over 400/per night. That is shady at best because the rooms were priced at 200+ per night when we reserved them. The extra night was being advertised on Hotels.com at 155 and they charged us 333.00. The carpet was filthy and had hair all over it. The shower had a hole in the corner. I have never had this problem with any Hotels.com before.

You could never reach anyone at the front desk which was left vacant most of the time. They would never pick up the phone if you called the front desk. The complimentary breakfast never opened up on schedule. The scrambled eggs were ice cold and the biscuits tasted like they were always stale. Housekeeping never made your bed unless you asked for it and a couple of times didn’t clean the room or replace the towels of the shower body wash. The most helpful person was a young man by the name of Jamal who was very pleasant and respectful. I’m an IHG member and would probably not stay at this particular facility again.
