room was tidied, not clean. loads of dirty marks in the bathroom, shower, vanity. seemed pretty gross. belongings (jewelery) from previous guest left in the room and rubbish from the mini bar on the floor. only stayed the night so didn't bother complaining. have had better quality rooms for less

Cockroaches and very basic rooms.. I’d look elsewhere as the staff don’t seem to really care much about large cockroaches in the bed.

There was a stuff up with our room (given the wrong room, not what we paid for), we addressed it, they dealt with it instantly and got the correct room sorted. Thank you for rectifying the issue quickly. We had a great time.
