The Kaiserhof is located next bus stops and the train station making it easy to travel into Central Bonn. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a good assortment of foods. Also there are plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at.The hotel was quiet although there was some noise from the street out front. The staff of the hotel were helpful and professional. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Helpful and nice staff, good breakfast and a large room; strange smell in the bathroom but clean. For an overnight stay okay.

Staff was great. Room was clean. Train station, bus stop and subway were opposite the hotel, which made it easy to get around. Good restaurants close by as well.

The staff were very helpful. Good breakfast . Coffee in the rooms was difficult to do work out and no milk.

My biggest complaint is that the A/C system in the room did not cool down well enough the room. The dial was set for 18 degrees Celsius, but it felt the air temperature was more like 21 degrees or higher. The breakfast was superb and the staff was very helpful. The bed was comfy and the room had plenty of electrical and USB charging points. I would stay again.
