Room was compact but had everything that was needed, staff were really helpful.
The continental breakfast was lovely and something different than we were expecting but good.

Great find, very comfortable, well equipped room and perfect for a single nights stay. The breakfast pack was a really nice touch and was of great quality. The only downside was that it was boiling hot that day outside and in the room so I needed to open windows. The room is on the the road which carries a fair amount of traffic so it was noisy. No fault of the owners and there is a fan in the room which helped.
I would return and recommend this place.

Excellent stay, the whole stay was super easy, the owners were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the room was very cosy and clean.

Communication before arrival was excellent and all questions were answered. Our dogs were able to join us and the location is brilliant for rural walks and for visiting Warwick University. The premises is exactly as descibed and immaculate. The double bed was comfy as were the pillows. It was lovely and quiet overnight. This morning David delivered breakfast at the arranged time. A warm bacon roll, fresh croissant with jam, porridge, granola and OK. Perfect! What else? Parking available, 5 min walk to the Uni. Leamington Spa 20 mins away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Feather Bed or stay here again. Thank you!
