Clean nice room. Quite run down building. The bathroom door could close properly or lock. And the extra latch on the door looked like it would fall out of the wall. But decent quality room for the price.

I thought it was in the perfect spot in Niagara Falls, lots to see and do along Ferry Street
and a short walk down the hill to the falls, and at night they have fireworks and colour lights on the falls. i would go back to that hotel again.

Our first room had Black and White fluffy mold all on the A/Cc unit’s air vent & when brought up to Staff they clearly didn’t care until prompted to maybe take a picture of said mold.
First room’s shower was like something from a Russian gulag. Oh and to top it off the power went out in our room and staff was unable to turn the power back on because someone has screwed plywood to cover the fuse box. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Although breakfast was good, I am very concerned about where they cooked it, the staff room door was frequently left open, and was not clean by any standards. The utility, storage closet was also filthy. We were so excited for the use of the pool however it was freezing and not enjoyable.
The air-conditioner did not keep the room very cool either.
The staff was very friendly though.

The room was clean and the beds very comfortable.
My kids enjoyed the swimming pool.
For sure we going back :) the receptionist during the check in super friendly and Mina during my check out amazing.

Had an enjoyable stay.
Breakfast area is a tad small. Food was decent.
Room was clean and comfortable.

Pls pls pls, look for in very very small fonts stated i. one liner that, is your reservation in the “EXTERIOR BUILDING” or the new building ????
Bcoz when they advertise it’s the new hotel in pictures and you might be placed in the old building with no elevator and if you have seniors or kids with bassinet you have to do manual labour to pull them up
Similar was my experience and I was trapped, paying high due to season and no refund on cancellation terms
So pls watch out for this
Otherwise it’s centrally located and accessible to market in minutes, staff was ok and not of much help in these senarios
