Older motel, very unclean esp floors, windows, walls. No amenities to speak of - no housekeeping done, trash not picked up, no tissues or extra roll TP. You have to ask for the basics. Minimal breakfast - few bagels, yogurt, juice, cereal (what ever they picked up at Walmart)
Pool was clean and nice, AC unit worked well

They advertise a pool but it's not open. It's looking beautiful but I guess they can't get it inspected for some reason

The room is clean and spacious but no closet space or hooks for the clothes.
Near gas station and food places. Quite and good parking.

Hole in the bathroom ceiling plugged with toilet paper.
Breakfast was pathetic. They had supplies but were withholding them. If someone ate one of the 6 yogourts in the fridge the staff would eventually replace that one yogourt. For first two days they had no muffins or pastries in the serving cupboard. Then they put in 6 small muffins at a time and a few patries. If someone ate one they would replace one or two muffins with ones out of a tupperware container they were withholding.
Pool was "closed" with no reason provided. Seemed full and fine.
Place feels like it is just a daycare for the front desk staff with lobby always cluttered with toys and either workers or someone entertaining same child.
Location and facility has potential but seems to be a problem with operation and focus on being as cheap as possible as opposed to providing the service/s that guests have already paid for.

I have stayed at this facility for many years due to athletic events happening in the area. I find it suitable for my needs. Close to everything. Now that Red Roof has taken it over, the price has escalated. So sorry to see that happen.
