Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our AC was not working and they arranged another room. Nice stay and good location.

The staff here were exceptional. Every detail was attended to - they greeted us promptly, helped with directions, held our bags all day and made everything easy. Even greeted with a bottle of wine and.thoughtful note.
The location. Is perfect - close to the underground and everywhere we wanted to sightsee. We will return!

Ideally located, clean and stylish, I was so happy with this hotel. Despite being in a busy area, the rooms were quiet, and the climate control system was excellent. Very helpful to have the kitchenette.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The manager Laura especially went out of her way to make our stay, exceptional. Great staff and central location close to everything, thanks for making my stay a great experience to remember.

I was ready to give 5 stars before i even arrived because of how wonderful the staff is! Everything was perfect including the location although no car access which isn’t a big deal because public transportation is close ish. Highly recommend!

The Resident SoHo is in a great location for transport, shopping and restaurants and bars. A short walk to Tottenham Court Underground and walkable to the West End theatres

First time to London? Book this hotel you will not go wrong. Just book early for best rates. Staff was so friendly and outstanding. We went to Paris few days and came back and they held all the bags for us! We will return!
