Perfect location and friendly staff. Only down side is if they have maintenance on site with major AC issue would have made guest life at ease in the heat. Fans are not to solve the issue. Crazy part some floors the AC didnt work and noone knows when it will be fixed. When offering another room was the same issue then why even change rooms when it was not solving the problem.

The AC was not working! When we were checking in, a family was inquiring about how long will they get the refund. The issue was about their room ventilation. When we get to our room, true enough, the AC was not working ( room 905). We told the front desk. A helpful staff gave us an electric fan. It’s close to Dotonbori alright, but the thought of going back to a hot room after hours of walking is not @ all something to look forward to. I’m thankful, I only booked this hotel for 2 nights. Management should look into this AC issue.

Great location but that brings with it quite a bit of noise and people around. 7/11 next door was perfect, accepted and assisted with luggage forwarding!
Landry machines were useful for us but they only have two so prepare to wait or try doing washing at an odd time to catch them free

Nagyszerű Laundry facilities updates on tv are completely inaccurate and the drying feature on machine absolutely does not work even with a tiny load and 1.5hrs of drying. Breakfast was nice however staff appeared to be a bit intense. Maybe it was the small area and a good variety you can tell they’re really trying to make it work. We absolutely couldn’t stand there was no lounge/lobby areas available. The building could do without a smoking room and provide some areas for seating. The cafe area is strictly used from 6:30a-10a and then what!?!?

Nagyszerű Property is in a nice condition however there is no soundproofing, so lower floors catch a lot of the sound from the streets. Staff were helpful and friendly and amenities are available upon request.

Fantastic place to stay in a great location, only thing was that the rooms were far too hot and you couldn’t turn the cooling down. We had to sleep with the window open and because of the great location it was very noisey.
The Steff member that helped with our Netflix connection was a star and couldn’t have been more helpful.

If you're looking for a hotel with a great location and next to all the action this is the place to stay. Other than that the amenities were limited and the rooms very small. We were in a room for 4 people on the 6th floor and we could barely move around with all the luggage. Also the bathroom had carpet!!!
