Couldn't fault this beautiful hotel. It was more than the descriptions converted. Fantastic location. Fantastic quality. Everything was perfect. Top quality linen. Excellent staff. Very well maintained and beautifully presented.Can't recommend highly enough. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful room. Very comfort table bed and like the firmer pillows. When needing help with questions the front desk was very informative. Great breakfast buffet! Liked having the snack room and seating area since we used a couple times. Having two windows with great black out shades was wonderful! Very quiet! Only thing I would have liked was a good area for sitting along with a table/desk. My room did not have.

I loved everything about this hotel except the location. The staff was wonderful, especially the receptionist who called around to find available doctors and night pharmacies for a medical problem. My room was beautiful— and noisy. I think one facing the inner courtyard would have been quieter. As for the street— it’s the most crowded tourist street in the whole city. Great for high end shopping if you want Max Mara, but it felt like any other overrun tourist area.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were fantastic, the room was well appointed, and the location was central but also quiet.

We select Salzburg for new year and Arthotel was a great choice. Location was excellent but also the hotel rooms where great. Very clean, spacious and modern.

The breakfast menu was good. The room was spacious & quite. There are no baggage service at this hotel, guests have to take their own luggage to the room, it is not easy as there are stairs on the way, specially for my because my husband blind & I carried two suitcases alone.
