Loved the air-conditioning. Very handy for co-op arena. No tea and coffee facilities in the room you have to pay £3.50 for a tray which contains a kettle 4 tea bags 4 coffee 4 sugars 4 milks and 2 polystyrene cups. Room very basic but that's reflected in the price. Does provide shower gel and shampoo. Great place to stay when attending a concert

Used this Hotel as an ideal base to see 2 Concerts one at the Coop Live Arena (Def Leppard) and The O2 Apollo (Sammy Hagar) Ideal location. clean box standard rooms with shower for the price you pay. Breakfast available in the morning should you wish to take for £9 . I did not take the breakfast so I cannot comment on that matter. There is a Domino Pizza round the corner and a Costa coffee which is handy if you need a late snack / meal after returning from a concert.
So basically for the price its clean affordable and ideal. If you need more amenities or creature comfort you need to look elsewhere and pay for the privileges. Would definitely use this location again. Many Thanks Ibis

You get what you pay for. It's great as long as you don't expect luxury. One towel per person. The shower gel was lovely though. Basic but clean.

Basic room but was to be expected. The price was on the high side. We had this booked for a concert close to the hotel. Will try and book elsewhere for the price. The only good thing is it’s close enough walk to go to the Eithad/Co op arena. Tram stop opposite is perfect but not able to use when a concert is on as it’s packed but to be expected. Breakfast was basic. Staff helpful. We only had 1 towel and 1 floor towel between 2 people so I had to go and ask for more. The shower gel hadn’t been filled up.

Budget hotel so fair sized for price paid, only negative is that the shower cubicle and washbasin is in the room so when the other person uses it the light will disturb them if they are sleeping.
