Room was clean on arrival, however the room was never touched again by housekeeping during our entire stay. No bed made, no clean towels. Other than Ginny at front desk the rest of the staff on the desk seemed to not want to be bothered. Breakfast was great and the breakfast room staff cheerful and engaged. The pool was nice but the hot tub was green with algae and not clean at all. IMO the location must be understaffed. As a Marriott Bonvoy member I was extremely disappointed. Not the caliber of operation I am used to from Marriott. Convenient to cruise port departures but there’s a lot of competition for the business.

We had several issues with plumbing. The toilet over flowed, we quickly got moved to another room but this was just really inconvenient. The lock on our other room wasn’t working so again had to move rooms. They were very accommodating and reimbursed me without having to ask. I love the apartment style setup of the rooms for sure.

This was the perfect stay for our vacation. Everyone was so friendly. Everything was so clean. The pictures of the property do not do it justice. I would recommend this for 1 night or 1 month. It is definitely deserving of a return visit for our family.

Literally just checked in, walked into the suite and smelled like spicy taco. Looked around to find the pantry had 2 bags of someones old taco food. Asked front desk to jave it removed while we went out for dinner, and no one actually came to dispose of the garbage.
