All the staff I encountered were really great--super cool and conversational, but the room was a real disappointment. I walked through the door and walked into a wall of stench. It smelled like wet dogs had vacationed in the room. I usually sleep like a rock, but the stink kept me awake for a while. The shower was also not clean.

They stole my phone, the rooms were as hell, extremely hot and ac not working, customer service hostile

Staff was nice. Location was sketchy. Rooms not the best quality, no refrigerator or microwave, bathrooms outdated showers dirty falling apart.
