Staff was good. 2 Hair dryer’s not working, 1 shower drain very slow, 1 bedroom had a very bad smell in the bathroom (sewer), 1 bathroom sink had little water pressure, not enough shampoo, had to change rooms because one A/C unit wasn’t functioning. Jacuzzi wasn’t heated, very weak jets…

Staff was very helpful, courteous, and friendly. The room was clean and well supplied. Couldn’t give a score of 5 because the water pressure was low for the shower and the toilet. If they can improve the water issue, I would highly recommend the hotel.
