The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The staff was friendly and very helpful I would recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet escape.

Such a beautiful and well-kept hotel. I wish I had more days here, as this was truly a gem. The room was amazing, the staff was excellent, and the views! WOW!

We had a fabulous time at Saint Sabine. We visited wineries, did tastings, visited the gorgeous but quaint hamlet of Châteauneuf en auxois, and hiked along the canal de Bourgogne. The staff was exceptional and we will absolutely come again. Gorgeous countryside !
