It was a great room unfortunately we were never notified that there was no air-conditioning and it was quite hot. They were fixing it but it would have been good to have known before we arrived. More than one hour on the.

Gardenia Suite is a lovely guest house! It's in a great location and and on a quiet courtyard. Our room was beautiful and very clean. In contrast to a B&B or hotel, there is no breakfast, but it's easy to get something quick nearby or store a couple things in the little fridge and use the electric kettle for coffee or tea. If you need a lot of assistance, the staff is part time as is common in many smaller places. That said, the staff is extremely nice and the owner is wonderful, and she will help to arrange cars to the airport and station.

Amazing experience! The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend staying here. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk from the Vatican so it’s definitely worth it.

We loved our stay at Gardenia Suite. Our room was large, beautiful and clean. The hotel is about a 20-minute bus ride from the city centre (which we liked because it wasn't busy or crowded) but very close to the Vatican. There were also some nice restaurants and cafferterias in the neighbourhood. On the day of our arrival (from Florence), a general strike was called which disrupted Italy's public transport system. Our train got delayed but Alessia was kind enough to wait for us to arrive and check us in, which we greatly appreciated. She also arranged for our transportation to the airport after check-out. We will definitely consider Gardenia Suite again when we come back to Rome.

Alessia is very accommodating, helpful and kind. She is always there if I ask anything and even assist us in booking tours. The area has lot of shops, grocery store and close to Vatican City.Highly recommended If you plan to visit Rome.

Everything was wonderful and location was perfect. Staff were so helpful with getting us transportation! Definitely recommend and will stay here again when in Rome!! Five stars across the board!!!
