We really enjoyed our stay and spent quite a bit of time in the beautiful lobby playing games provided by the hotel (due to a storm that came through for a few days). The staff was helpful. The location is perfect and Canmore is amazing (we preferred it over Banff.) The fire pit, free coffee and bikes were such a nice touch. The only issue we had was the air conditioner vent blew air directly onto the second bed - making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. It would be great if the air could be redirected upward. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Our stay was good! Our shower head was leaking badly and they came to fix it right away and replaced it with a new one. You can hear all of the hallway noise, but that’s pretty typical. Loved the free coffee and tea in the morning and the happy hour.

$500/night to stay in a room with damp carpet (it got fixed but we never knew the cause) ,the sink leaking, very old furnitures, zero counter space in the bathroom, AC unit so close to the bed that you will be freezing and the system still not switched to actual key card (you get an actual key) is close to a scam in my opinion. They need heavy investment and refresh the rooms

We loved our stay in Kenmore the hotel was very conveniently located check in with John was a breeze and we enjoyed happy hour before going to our comfortable room. Would definitely stay here again

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is helpful and friendly. They have free wine tasting every day with snacks. Parking ok.

Very nice cozy hotel. Excellent customer service. The views from our room was incredible. The only complaint is that tge room didn't get cleaned the second day.
