Situé dans le quartier européen cet hôtel était parfait pour moi. Près des transports en commun. C'est anglophone comme établissement. Le personnel était très gentil et accueillant. Vous devez aller prendre un café et un sandwich au Utamu juste à côté. Bon voyage!

I can hear snoring through the walls. I burned myself twice showering as the water turns scolding hot in an instant causing me to jump out of the shower. It actually caused me burns that stayed red for a while.

Room was very spacious. Hotel was clean. Mini-fridge in room with available microwave in lobby if needed. Quiet room. Location is not in city center but is near several places to eat including a small plaza with several eateries. Park nearby. Less than 5 minute walk to the closest train station which would get you to city center in about 10-15, so semi- convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful with questions. Big lobby space where people frequently sat to drink and chat in the evenings. Did not use gym. Comfortable place to stay, would recommend.

The gym is better equipped than an average hotel gym. Comfy bed with two types of pillow. Very conveniently located near EU institutions.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful, especially Daniel on check in. The room was nice and comfortable. It was a real bonus to have a kettle, coffee machine and mini fridge. Convenient location in the European quarter and near a nice park. If I was staying for longer it would have been great to have more cupboard space.

Everything was excellent. There were comfortable egg chairs in the lobby, board games available for use, a football and pool table, bathrobes in the room, working fridge etc. Staff were excellent and helped me sort airport transfer. Only thing which wasn't so good was the shower in my room - it was either boiling hot or freezing cold with nothing in between. Other than that everything was excellent.
